Terms of use
Updated: October 26, 2026
Purpose
These terms govern the use of the floweet.com website, the Floweet application (app.floweet.com) and the Floweet public API (api.floweet.com), published by The Last Commit, 11 rue du Fer à Cheval, 78120 Rambouillet, France (see the legal notice). They apply as soon as an account is created or an API key is first used. Contact: contact@floweet.com.
The website
The barometer, the pages and the calculators are freely available, without an account. The figures are averages of pump prices, published for information only: they take into account neither the discounts nor the fees of fuel cards and do not bind any brand.
Account and access
An account is personal and for professional use only. It is opened by our team, on invitation from an organization, or from the website for a free workspace. You sign in with a code sent by email or with Google: keep access to your mailbox confidential and tell us without delay about any unauthorized use. The administrator of an organization manages its members and their roles.
Free workspaces and plans
The free workspace gives access to the screens of your profile, with no commitment and no means of payment. Paid plans, their modules and their prices are agreed in writing with our team; these terms apply to them in addition.
Your data and content
You remain the owner of the data entered by your organization (followed companies, notes, simulations, prospects, pitches). We only use it to provide the service and do not sell it. You can ask for its export or deletion at contact@floweet.com. The processing of personal data is described in the privacy policy.
Estimates and texts written by AI
Estimates (a company's fleet, a network's coverage, fuel overspend, ETS2 carbon cost) are indicative calculations. Pitches may be written by AI from the facts of the simulation. Review them before passing them on: you remain responsible for them towards the people you send them to.
Public API
Access is opened on request, organization by organization, after validation by our team: first a sandbox key (fw_test_), then a production key (fw_live_). A key is secret: it is used from a server, never in a browser or in a distributed application. It acts on behalf of the designated member of your organization, with that member's rights and the organization's plan. The published limits apply (120 requests a minute, 30 for geocoding and routes, 1,000 calls a day in the sandbox); they may change with prior notice. The API is in beta: its contract may still change before its stable version, with prior notice to the organizations concerned.
Prohibited uses
You may not bypass the limits or rights of a key, share or resell a key, extract data on a massive scale to rebuild a competing database, resell API data as such, use the company directory for prospecting that breaches applicable law (in particular people's right to object and the rules on electronic marketing), test the security of the service without our written agreement, or use it for unlawful purposes.
Sources and licences
Prices come from prix-carburants.gouv.fr (Licence Ouverte 2.0), charging stations from the consolidated IRVE file (data.gouv.fr, Licence Ouverte), companies from the INSEE SIRENE database (Licence Ouverte), addresses from the Base Adresse Nationale and OpenStreetMap (ODbL). Any reuse of data obtained through Floweet must credit these sources; the barometer rankings may be reused with the credit "Floweet barometer" and a link to floweet.com.
Availability
We make our best efforts to keep the service available and up to date, without guaranteeing continuous availability or the accuracy of the public data reused. Maintenance may interrupt the service; we schedule it outside business hours whenever possible.
Liability
The Last Commit is not liable for decisions taken on the basis of the estimates and prices displayed, nor for indirect damage. For a paid plan, its liability is limited to the amounts paid over the last twelve months, except in the event of gross negligence or wilful misconduct.
Suspension and termination
You can close your account or ask for your organization to be closed at any time, by email. We may suspend an account or an API key in the event of a breach of these terms, abusive use or a security risk, informing you of it. On closure, the organization's data is deleted, unless a legal retention obligation applies.
Changes to the terms
These terms may change; the date of the last update is shown at the top of the page. A significant change is announced by email to the organizations concerned at least 30 days before it takes effect.
Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute between professionals, and failing an amicable settlement, the courts within the jurisdiction of the Versailles Court of Appeal have sole jurisdiction.
